Unfortunately, we do not ship Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and all other countries.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or APOs at this time.

We provide our best estimates for shipping and delivery windows.

About 1 week before your estimated delivery window, once your order has been shipped from our warehouse by FedEx, a tracking number will be provided for a more accurate estimate.

If you notice the damage after delivery, please take a few photos and send them to Hello@Mycomfycouches.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Our team will assess the damage and find the best way to make it right.

Please note that if damages are not communicated within 24 hours after delivery, it will be difficult to claim the damage was due to the transit. Please be sure to inspect your delivery as soon as possible.

No signature will be required upon delivery.

All packages will be left at your doorstep.

They are unable to deliver the boxes inside nor can they be instructed to deliver boxes to a certain location or inside your residence.

Each component is securely packaged in double-corrugated cardboard boxes and wrapped with bubble wrap for additional protection.
