My Comfy Couches provides a Limited Warranty on our furniture, which are applicable to the original buyer at the original delivery address. This Limited Warranty includes coverage against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of delivery. This Limited Warranty additionally includes coverage against structural frame defects for 5 years from the date of delivery, as well as a 3 year Cloudsound System warranty.
1-Year Manufacturer Warranty:
For one year from the date of purchase, we cover any defects in materials or workmanship.
5-Year Structural Warranty:
For five years from the date of purchase, we cover structural defects in the frame,hardware, wood and springs, ensuring your couch remains sturdy and reliable.
These Limited Warranties do not cover any damage due to:
- Lack of appropriate care and maintenance
- Misuse or improper assembly
- Use of improper cleaning products, oils or chemicals
- Mold or mildew
- Vandalism, pets or rodents
- Normal compression or flattening of cushions
- Commercial Use
- Exposure to heat or flame
- Negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, or modifications
3-Year Cloudsound System Electrical Components Warranty:
For three years from the date of purchase, we cover any malfunctions of the electrical components of your CloudSound System. Although unlikely, if anything goes wrong, we'll send you a brand new Cloudsound System for free.
What’s Covered:
Malfunctions of electrical components.
Defects in electronic mechanisms and controls.

We might require photographs to properly evaluate the condition of the product.
