How to fluff your cushions:

1. Massage the Fill: Use your hands to knead and massage the cushions, focusing on the center and edges. This helps redistribute the memory foam and feathers evenly.
2. Shake It Out: Hold the cushion by its corners and give it a firm shake to loosen up any compressed areas.
3. Pat and Press: Lay the cushion flat and pat it firmly with your hands, then flip it over and repeat.
4. Plump It Up: Gently fluff and pull the corners outward for a smooth, plump appearance.

After this initial fluffing, you can expect the cushions to fully recover to 100% of their intended thickness and fullness within 48 hours. This step is crucial to unlocking their full comfort and appearance, and the difference will be dramatic!

The best part? Once the cushions have been fluffed and recovered, they’ll require very little, if any, maintenance moving forward. You’ll enjoy thick, supportive, and incredibly plush cushions for years to come!

Yes! The pieces use metal latches so they can be easily connected together and disconnected apart so that you can move them into different configurations quickly and to keep them from moving apart while being used.

The only piece that does not attach is the Storage Ottoman, its free-roaming and can be moved around anywhere you desire.

After unboxing, Assembly of your cloud couch typically takes around 15 minutes.

If you include unboxing time, it takes around 45-60 minutes.

The process is straightforward and user-friendly, with clear instructions provided here on this page to ensure a smooth and efficient setup.

The video skips the ottoman assembly because it's so simple!

All you need to do is screw in the legs, and you're done. Easy peasy!

The number of boxes you receive with your order depends on the number of pieces you purchase.

Each piece is packaged separately in its own box to make handling and moving the items easier.

Therefore, if you order a 3-piece set, you will receive 3 boxes; a 4-piece set will come in 4 boxes; a 5-piece set in 5 boxes; and a 6-piece set in 6 boxes.

Additionally, if you get the CloudSound System, it's also packaged in its own box.

This packaging method ensures that each component, including accessories, is well-protected during shipping and makes handling and moving the items convenient for you.

No worries—it’s an easy fix!

To assemble the corner piece smoothly, make sure to attach the last armrest by sliding on the outer bracket first, followed by the inner bracket closest to the inside corner.

Avoid sliding both brackets on at once, as this can make attachment tricky.

We recommend unboxing and assembling one box at a time because it simplifies the process and makes it easier.

Under each piece you will find 2 wooden slates that are holding your cushions and armrests in place securely.

To remove the contents inside you will need to remove these wooden slates.

They are only there to hold everything in place during transit so do not worry if you damage these, you can just discard them after you remove them.

The small leg protector pads that you find with the legs should only be applied after you place your couch where you want it, if you attach them during assembly and then slide the couch to move it, there is a chance the small leg protector pads may come off.

Our legs will not damage or scratch your floors if you don't use them, so they are not necessary, only given to you incase you want to use them.

You may notice that the holes that the legs screw into are located under the dust cover. No need to worry.

You can easily just feel with your finger to find each hole.

After you've found the hole, simply insert the leg, push and screw, and the leg will easily pop through the bottom dust cover and screw in seamlessly.
