Yes, the pieces can be easily connected together and disconnected apart Using metal alligator clips at the bottom of each piece so that you can move them into different configurations quickly and to keep them from moving apart while being used.

The only piece that does not attach is the Ottoman, it is free-roaming and can be moved around anywhere you desire.

Our cushions are designed to recover to about 70% of their full plushness right out of the box.

They’re crafted with a luxurious memory foam and feather blend, which provides exceptional comfort and support—and they only require a good initial fluffing the first time you take them out of the box to reach their full potential!

How to fluff your cushions:

1. Massage the Fill: Use your hands to knead and massage the cushions, focusing on the center and edges. This helps redistribute the memory foam and feathers evenly.
2. Shake It Out: Hold the cushion by its corners and give it a firm shake to loosen up any compressed areas.
3. Pat and Press: Lay the cushion flat and pat it firmly with your hands, then flip it over and repeat.
4. Plump It Up: Gently fluff and pull the corners outward for a smooth, plump appearance.

After this initial fluffing, you can expect the cushions to fully recover to 100% of their intended thickness and fullness within 48 hours. This step is crucial to unlocking their full comfort and appearance, and the difference will be dramatic!

Spot cleaning

We recommend spot cleaning stains with either an upholstery shampoo, foam from a mild detergent, or a mild cleaning solvent. Frequent vacuuming to remove dust and grime is recommended

Machine Washable

All of our fabrics are machine washable. Just unzip and remove the covers and throw in the washer. Machine Wash - Cold. Use Cold Water and a mild detergent on a low/gentle cycle. Hang dry all covers. Please note that every machine wash adds wear to the fabric so it’s recommended to opt for spot cleaning prior to machine washing whenever possible.

Yes! Feel free to use Scotchgard to prevent stains. Please be sure to follow the instructions.

Yes! They have the ability to withstand & temporarily repel water-based liquids such as water, coffee, sodas, juices, sports drinks, pet urine, and even wine.

However, they are not waterproof or stainproof, meaning that if the spills are left unwiped or uncleaned, they are able to seep in and stain the fabrics.

The good news is all of our covers are removable & washable!

This means that if spills stain the fabrics because they are not quickly wiped away, you can remove the covers & wash them in a washing machine under a cold/ delicate setting.

The Cloudsound System is an blue-tooth speaker system and charging station that can be added to your couch.

You'll simply remove one of the backrest from your couch and replace it with the Cloudsound System backrest, plug it in and you're all set!

Its features include a blue-tooth audio system consisting of 2 speakers and 1 subwoofer for bass support.
