Can I order individual pieces to expand my sofa?
Yes, our customizable system is entirely modular, and you can always add on to your cloud couch in the future.
You can buy extra pieces in the future if you need or want to. There are 3 pieces that make up a cloud couch... The Corner pieces, the Armless (middle) pieces, and the Ottoman pieces.
Our prices for the 3 different pieces are as follows:
Corner Pieces: $575
Armless Pieces: $525
Ottoman W/ Storage: $525
Also, if you want to add a Cloudsound System in the future, you can definitely do so.
Cloudsound System: $500.00
To place an order for any additional pieces:
1. Email us with your request at Hello@MyComfyCouches.com
2. Please provide us with your Order invoice or Order confirmation so we can confirm the correct fabric that you need.
3. We will send you an Invoice directly to your Email so that you can make the payment.
Then we will process your order and get your additional piece(s) shipped out to you and provide you with your tracking number.
Can I place my order on hold to be shipped after a certain date?
Yes! Immediately after you place your order, email us at Hello@MyComfyCouches.com and let us know the details of your request.
At checkout there is also a "Notes" section where you can leave us a message if you have a specific request.
Keep in mind that we need to be aware of your request before your order ships.
Once your order has shipped, we are not able to accommodate any holds.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at Hello@Mycomfycouches.com with your request.
Due to our extremely fast shipping speed, this needs to be done within 12 hours of placing your order.
If you do not cancel your order within 12 hours, then it is no longer able to be canceled.
How can I change or edit my order?
Please be sure to request any changes within 12 hours of placing your order by sending an email to Hello@MyComfyCouches.com.
For changes requested beyond the initial 12-hour window, restocking fees may apply and the estimated arrival date for the order may change.
Can I make an order over the phone?
For your security, we do not take orders over the phone. Our site has special encryption to keep your information safe.
However, if you are having a problem ordering an item, you can email us at Hello@MyComfyCouches.com the item you wish to purchase and we can help you with any questions and send you an invoice directly if needed.
I am concerned about submitting my credit card information online. Is it safe to place an order on your site?
Yes, absolutely safe.
Your credit card information is transferred using the same 256-bit encryption and physical security that banks use.
What do I do if my furniture does not fit during delivery?
This is highly unlikely!
Each piece has a small footprint and can easily be maneuvered prior to assembly!
