You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your couch for a full refund.

Condition of Return
Like-New Condition: The couch must be in like-new condition, free of stains, damage, or excessive wear.
Original Packaging: Whenever possible, please return the couch in it’s original packaging to prevent damage during transit. We urge you to please keep the original boxes until you're sure you're happy with your new cloud couch and won’t be returning it.

Refund Options
Full Refund: We offer a 100% full refund credited back to your original payment method for returns made within the 30-day return period.

Return Shipping Costs
Free Returns: We cover the cost of return shipping.

Restocking Fees
No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Return Process
Simple Procedure: Follow these easy steps to return your couch:
1. Contact our customer service team at support@mycomfycouches.com to initiate a return. Please make sure to provide us with your original order number.


2. Our team will provide you with guidance on how to repackage your couch pieces easily and securely (preferably in the original packaging) and prepare it for the scheduled pickup.


3. Once we receive and inspect the couch, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Exclusions and Exceptions
Customized Products: Customized or made-to-order couches are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Discounted Orders: Orders using a discount code are not eligible for return. Due to the nature of our pricing strategy and the very low margins we maintain on discounted orders, we are unable to accept returns on items purchased at a discounted rate or that you receive for free.
