Below is our return policy to make the process smooth, clear, and stress-free.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your couch.
Condition of Return
Like-New Condition: The couch must be in like-new condition—free of stains, damage, or excessive wear.
Return Fees
There are no return fees charged to process a return.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after your return is received and inspected.
Please allow 7–10 business days for processing once your couch has been delivered back to us.
Arrived Damaged? We’ve Got You.
If something isn’t right when your couch arrives, we’ve got you covered.
Just email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll work quickly to resolve it—whether that means sending replacement parts, new covers, or a full replacement, depending on the situation.
How to Start a Return
1. Email our team at hello@mycomfycouches.com with your order number to request a return.
2. We'll walk you through how to properly repackage your couch in the required boxes.
3. We’ll email you prepaid FedEx return labels for your boxes.
4. You’ll schedule your pickup date and time at your convenience.
5. Just place your boxes on your doorstep on pick-up day, and they will be picked up and shipped to us.
Once your couch is returned and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Exceptions & Final Sales
Certain orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return due to the extremely low margins we maintain during sales events.
Final sale applies to:
1. Custom-made orders
2. Orders placed during promotional sales events in which a discount of 15% or greater was applied.
3. Orders purchased using a discount code

If a spill turns into a stain or a cushion is damaged within the first 12 months, we’ll send you up to two replacement covers for free—no hassle, no fine print.
